How do I purchase a plan?
Plans can only be purchased in office per WA insurance commission. Please contact our office at: info@steinfamilydentistry.com or (509) 463-1770 to schedule a time to come and see us.
What else should I know?
- Our membership plan is not insurance and is not qualified under the Affordable Care Act.
- Our membership plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if no benefits of the plan have been used. Refunds after 30 days will be at the discretion of our practice.
- Payment for any treatment(s) not included in the membership plan is due at the time of service.
- The membership plan benefits can’t be combined with insurance, other offers or discounts.
- Does not apply to Invisalign or esthetic treatments (e.g veneers, Icons, etc.)

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can. However, it’s essential to note that the cancellation will take effect in the next billing cycle. This means you continue enjoying the benefits until the end of the contract. The benefits are non-refundable and remain active for a period of 12 months.
